Job summary

Utilita Energy in Leicester is looking for a Field Sales Advisor to help customers save money and control their energy usage. The role focuses on door-to-door sales with a basic salary of £27,976 plus uncapped commission.

You will meet customers, book smart meter installations, and demonstrate how Pro Plant and Pro Pocket tools make energy greener and more affordable. We welcome all working patterns and provide training and incentives.

Qualifications

• Confident communication skills with ability to handle objections.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Resilience and self-motivation in a fast-paced field role.
• Ability to use a tablet or handheld device for updating details and capturing leads.

Responsibilities

• Show customers how Utilita helps save money, cuts waste, and gives control over usage.
• Perform quick meter reads and keep customer details up to date.
• Book smart meter installations to help households use energy more efficiently.
• Build trust, resolve issues, and provide real support to customers daily.
