Job summary

Mears Group PLC is seeking a skilled and qualified electrician to join our team across the Northwest region. This field-based role involves maintenance, repair and installation of electrical systems in tenanted and void properties, with a hands-on approach and a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (AM2), City & Guilds 18th Edition, an Inspection and Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent), and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Accurate record-keeping is required.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations including AM2 is required.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification is required.
• Inspection and Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, fault-find and maintain electrical systems in tenanted and void properties.
• Carry out repair of electrical accessories and systems.
• Conduct electrical inspections and testing in line with regs.
• Work across the Northwest region in a field-based role.
