Job summary

Drain Doctor is a market-leading drainage and plumbing service operating across the UK, with a focus on emergency and planned work for residential and commercial clients. You will diagnose and resolve drainage issues on the road, using CCTV, jetting, rods and related tech, while delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Full UK Driving Licence and a customer-facing approach.

Qualifications

• Drainage experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and on-site technology.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Emergency call-outs and planned drainage maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using CCTV surveys and jetting.
• Carry out drain clearance, descaling, root cutting, patch lining and minor excavations.
• Liaise with customers to explain issues and solutions.
