Drain Doctor is seeking a Drainage Engineer to diagnose and resolve drainage issues for residential and commercial clients. You will work with the latest equipment to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role involves emergencies, planned maintenance, CCTV surveys, jetting and root cutting, with direct liaison to customers to explain issues and solutions. Full UK driving licence required and field-based work across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in drainage work with a customer-facing focus.
• Ability to use mobile apps and on-site technology.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Emergency call-outs and planned drainage maintenance.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues using CCTV surveys, high-pressure jetting, rods, etc.
