Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer in the UK to deploy and support cutting-edge Counter UAS and intrusion systems globally. You will lead cross‑functional teams in austere environments, train users, and guide deployments from live demonstrations to customer installs.

Qualifications

• Must lift 50-70 lbs.
• Work in austere environments, climb towers, use basic hand tools.
• Understanding of AC/DC power systems, generators, load calculations & electrical fault finding.
• Experience configuring & fault finding IP networks (fibre, ethernet, RF).
• Experience with RF systems (PtP, PtMP, mesh) and spectrum analysis.
• Systematic troubleshooting and documentation of systems.
• Able to operate independently and in teams, interact with customers and train users.
• High travel rate; passport required.
• Ability to gather requirements, communicate complex topics clearly, and influence teams.
• Master a technical system and support it in austere environments.
• Strong problem solving in hardware-software-network interfaces.
• Inquisitive; learn new components independently.
• Develop complex operational/logistics plans for moving people/things quickly.
• Willingness to travel to remote regions up to 80% of the year.
• Ability to obtain UK security clearance and meet health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Anduril products worldwide from the UK base.
• Coach teammates on systems and transition to mastering new ones.
• Guide users through product employment and troubleshooting; advise account managers.
• Lead cross-functional teams in challenging environments to ensure mission success.
• Support demonstrations, training, and customer deployments for early product life cycles.
