Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer in the UK to deploy and support its products worldwide. You will work with engineering to iterate improvements, guide users, and lead cross-functional teams in demanding environments, often with limited support.

You will train customers, help structure operations for technical success, and travel as required to remote regions, ensuring mission-ready systems across global deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF systems (PtP, PtMP, mesh) and spectrum analysis.
• Understanding of AC/DC power systems, generators, load calculations, faults.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and document across hardware, software, and networking.
• Able to train users and coach teammates; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of the year.
• Ability to obtain and maintain UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Anduril products globally, including live demonstrations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in challenging environments with limited support.
• Coach customers through product use and troubleshooting.
• Advise account managers on operational structures for success.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine products based on field feedback.
