Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to own the practical delivery of projects across the UK. This role runs on-site delivery, site visits and close collaboration with customers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and on-time completion.

You’ll typically balance 2–3 days on the road with 2–3 days in the office, coordinating groundworks, installation and infrastructure alongside CCTV and security systems expertise, while maintaining programme

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engineering, construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent communication with customers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practical delivery of multiple UK projects.
• Visit sites regularly to oversee progress, safety and quality.
• Coordinate supervisors, engineers, operatives and subcontractors.
• Provide updates to customers and clients throughout delivery.
• Ensure on-site activities align with programme and budget.
