Your Impact & Responsibilities
As a Field Delivery Manager, you’ll be the backbone of operational success. Your key responsibilities include:
Leading and ensuring the safety of a skilled field-based engineering team.
Supporting the Service Delivery Manager in driving top-tier customer service across the region, meeting and exceeding KPI targets.
Optimizing financial performance—maximizing opportunities while managing costs effectively.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders—internal and external—fostering trust and collaboration.
