The role involves managing your own day in a field-based setting, delivering first-time fixes, working independently or with colleagues, and providing a courteous, customer-focused repairs service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/City & Guilds in Painting & Decorating or equivalent.
• Proven decorating expertise delivering high-quality internal and external painting and redecoration.
• Experience in social housing, property maintenance or similar customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of damp and mould treatment applications and best practice.
• Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
• Full UK driving licence.
