SERT is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK debt recovery and field services company, currently expanding their field agent team across Hampshire and the South East.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Carrying out face-to-face visits to customers’ homes on behalf of utility and public sector clients
2. Taking accurate utility meter readings (gas/electric)
3. Discussing payment options and negotiating affordable repayment plans
4. Reconnecting customers with their service providers
5. Delivering exceptional customer service and remaining professional at all times

Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a field-based role, debt recovery, or customer-facing environment is desirable
2. Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Full UK driving licence is essential
4. Well-organised, dependable, and results-driven
5. Able to work independently and as part of a regional team
