Field Compliance Supervisor
Telent is looking for three Field Compliance Supervisors to join the Network Services Infrastructure team. This role involves working on the OSA (Openreach Services Agreement) framework contract, mainly in London’s Inner M25 region. You must hold a full UK driving license and be based in or able to travel within this region. The supervisor may need to attend meetings at Telent offices as necessary.
The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring delivery of OSA framework commitments in their area, managing resources, resolving issues, and meeting KPIs and SLAs. You will support gangs employed by Telent and its subcontractors, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are maintained, and conducting audits and inspections.
You will act as a Telent ambassador in the field, assisting contract delivery by resolving access and fluidity issues, and supporting the programming of works.
Experienced supervisor in civils, poling, or cabling within telecoms or similar, confident in managing field operations and compliance. Key certifications include NRSWA Supervisor Level and SA001A. Possesses a full UK driving license, environmental knowledge, and safety certifications like IOSH Managing Safely. Willing to work overtime as needed.
