Field Collections Agent

Annual earnings: up to £35,765 (inclusive of the car allowance)

SALARY:

Basic starting salary from £27,965 with potential to rise, plus £4,200 p.a. car allowance & fuel card (business use only).

Our monthly bonus structure is uncapped, with bonuses typically ranging from £200 - £400 per month, potentially increasing your total annual earnings to £35,765 (including the car allowance).

SHIFTS:

• Supportive working patterns for work-life balance.
• Operating hours:
  • 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 1pm on Saturday
• Workweek: 40 hours, with 10 hours during our peak hours
  • Monday to Friday 4pm – 8pm
  • Saturday 9am – 1pm

ROLE:

As a Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services, you will need to be comfortable speaking with customers to discuss options that help them manage their financial situation. You’ll be based in the field covering a region across Liverpool.

This rewarding role involves using your customer service skills to help customers achieve financial health. Your responsibilities include:

• Visiting customers at their homes to support them in managing outstanding arrears
• Handling water accounts and regulated work
• Resolving customer accounts personally
• Taking payments, setting up repayment plans, or reconnecting customers to our clients
• Educating customers on the consequences of non-payment
• Using an iPad to update visit outcomes; IT literacy is required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Clear criminal record
• No CCJs or IVAs within the last 6 years
• Own a car with six points or less on your licence
• Business insurance add-on for the vehicle
• Technology competent and comfortable working independently
