Field Collections Agent

Annual earnings: up to £35,765 (including car allowance)

SALARY:

Starting from £27,965 with potential to increase, plus £4,200 p.a. car allowance & fuel card (business use only).

At Orbit, we offer an uncapped monthly bonus structure. Field Collections Agents typically earn bonuses between £200 - £400 per month, which can bring your annual earnings to a total of £35,765 (including the car allowance).

SHIFTS:

• Supportive working patterns for work-life balance.
• Operating hours:
  • 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 1pm Saturday
• 40-hour workweek, with 10 hours during our peak hours:
  • Monday to Friday 4pm – 8pm
  • Saturday 9am – 1pm

ROLE:

As a Field Collections Agent at Orbit Credit Services, you will need to be comfortable engaging with customers to discuss options that support their financial recovery. You’ll be based in the field across Liverpool.

This rewarding role involves:

• Visiting customers at their homes to support them in managing outstanding arrears
• Managing water accounts and regulated work
• Resolving customer accounts personally
• Taking payments, setting up repayment plans, or reconnecting accounts to help customers achieve financial wellbeing
• Educating customers on the consequences of non-payment
• Using provided iPads to update visit outcomes, requiring IT literacy and comfort with technology

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A clear criminal record
• No CCJs or IVAs within the last 6 years
• Own a vehicle with six points or less on your licence
• Business insurance add-on for the vehicle
• Technology competent and able to work independently
