Job summary

Belvoir Home Care is seeking a Field Support Supervisor in Nottingham. You will work 35 hours per week, with on-call duties every other weekend, supporting care teams across the Vale of Belvoir and surrounding areas.

You will perform home care tasks, admin duties, and on-call duties, visiting clients in their own homes and maintaining detailed records. The role requires travel to client locations and progression from Level 2 to Level 3 Health & Social Care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Adult Care.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• A good level of spoken and written English.
• Be able to demonstrate good computer literacy and IT skills.
• Flexibility to travel to clients outside of your standard runs.
• The willingness to work towards Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Carry out usual care duties with the added role of On-Call every other weekend.
• Perform admin duties such as Care Plan Reviews, auditing, spot checks, and supporting new carers.
• Visit clients in their own homes and carry out tasks to promote independence.
• Respond to urgent issues by following procedures and escalating where needed.
• Maintain clear and concise records and attend care calls outside of standard runs.
