Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our Shrewsbury branch. You will support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality home care, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory standards, and leading a team of professional carers to meet service targets.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills, with some on-call and flexible hours to meet branch needs. A commitment to patient-centred care and data protection is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly and professional manner.
• Familiar with health and safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of carers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery of care at the registered location with accurate care plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain up-to-date records for clients and colleagues in line with GDPR.
• Lead a team of Professional Carers and ensure high quality, client-centred care.
• Conduct quarterly supervision and annual appraisals for carers with records.
• Facilitate quarterly team meetings and maintain minutes.
