Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in New Milton/Southampton to support clients and care teams out in the community, visiting clients and ensuring high-quality care.

You will carry out care assessments, supervise staff, and help maintain safeguarding standards, with on-call duties including some weekends. This role emphasizes strong relationships and reliable, compassionate leadership.

Formación

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Well-organised and self-motivated.
• Able to work 40 hours per week including on-call duties.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision.
• Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld.
