Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in New Milton/Southampton to lead care teams and support clients in the community. You will spend time visiting clients, conducting care assessments, and ensuring high-quality care while coordinating with staff.

The role requires 40 hours per week, a full UK driving licence, and eligibility to work in the UK. On-call duties and weekend work are included, with opportunities for career development and funded training.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Full UK driving licence with own vehicle access.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Well-organised and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Carry out care assessments and regular reviews.
• Monitor wellbeing and safety of clients.
• Support and develop care staff through supervision.
• Foster a culture of speaking up and sharing ideas.
• Participate in on-call rota, including some weekend work.
