Job summary

Right at Home Chichester & Bognor Regis is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to oversee the quality of care provided by CareGivers. The role is split between the field and our Chichester office, coordinating with Clients and the care team.

We offer £27,000 to £29,000 plus bonus, 37.5 hours weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package, with career progression and ongoing training. This role supports our award-winning service ethos and client continuity.

Qualifications

• At least two years in homecare, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to train and assess others.
• Driving licence and access to own car for field visits.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor CareGivers daily to ensure quality.
• Welcome new CareGivers, introduce Clients, sign off through the Care Certificate.
• Write and review personalised care plans and risk assessments.
• Visit Clients regularly and address issues promptly.
• Deliver induction and refresher training, including moving, handling, and meds.
• Perform competency checks and spot checks, and supervise on weekends.
• Cover care calls when needed and maintain clear communication with office.
• Manage on-call support on weekend rosters and work within regulations.
