Job summary

Agincare in Worthing is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead care teams in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care within the community. You will be the main contact for day-to-day support for clients and staff, with a focus on safeguarding and ongoing staff development.

The role offers up to £28,000 per annum (pro rata) plus benefits; 40 hours per week plus some weekend work may be required. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level
• Well organised and self-motivated
• 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Be main point of contact for day-to-day support to allocated clients and staff.
• Monitor health and well-being of clients and staff by face-to-face visits, telephone calls and monitoring care records.
• Undertake assessments and re-assessments of care needs and risk to ensure care plans reflect needs and are person-centred.
• Ensure arrangements are in place to safeguard clients against the risk of abuse and that staff receive appropriate training and support to deliver care safely.
• Conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development.
• The role will include some responsibility for on-call and may involve working some weekends.
