Job summary

Comfort Call Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead high-quality, person-centred care in our community services. You will balance hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most time in the community with some office duties.

You will review care packages, assist with rota planning, supervise care assistants, observe new starters, and contribute to multi-disciplinary reviews, maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is essential, with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality support.
• Experience completing needs and risk assessments.
• Able to work with service users, families and healthcare professionals.
• Willing to guide and develop others.

What you’ll do

You’ll combine hands‑on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most of your time in the community with some office‑based duties.
