Job summary

Total Community Care Limited, part of CCH, is hiring a caring professional to support a client at home in Harlow. The role includes PEG feeding, medication administration and personal care, with night shifts and occasional travel to London. Training is provided and DBS checks are covered.

Ideal candidates have care experience, empathy and a genuine desire to help, with full nurse-led clinical support during the placement.

What you'll do

We are looking for a confident, caring, and enthusiastic care professional to support our client in her family home. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll assist with PEG feeding, medication administration, personal care, and manual handling, while also supporting her to enjoy social activities, shopping trips, and occasional work travel to London. She lives with her parents, brother, and a friendly dog, animal lovers welcome!

This role is ideal for someone who brings empathy, energy, and a passion for person-centred care. You'll be joining a warm, welcoming household where building strong relationships and delivering high-quality support truly makes a difference.
