Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker in Beaminster to help people live independently at home across the community. You will travel between visits, delivering personal, practical and emotional care with compassion and reliability.

The role offers full-time or part-time shifts with every other weekend possible, a permanent contract, and an hourly rate of £13.80–£14.30. Comprehensive induction, ongoing training, mileage allowance, and wellbeing support are provided.

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).


• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).


• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).


• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
