Job summary

Care Elmbridge is recruiting for an energetic and empathetic Field Care Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team in Weybridge. You will oversee field staff delivering home care services and ensure high standards of care and compliance.

Your responsibilities include assessing services, supervising training, maintaining quality assurance, and fostering open communication with clients and staff. A care qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and a valid driving license are essential to succeed in

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in care or equivalent is required or working towards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in supervising field staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise field staff delivering home care services.
• Assess and review individual care plans and services.
• Provide supervision and ongoing training to staff.

About The Role:

Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the activities of field staff or caregivers who provide services to clients in their homes or other community settings. Other responsibilities include

• Assessment and review of individual services
• Supervision and Training.
• Quality Assurance
• Open and Effective Communication.
• Problem Solving and Compliance.

About you:

You’ll be a great communicator, highly motivated and organized with solid leadership skills and a passion for driving efficiency and maintaining high standards. You’ll also need a care qualification or equivalent to at least NVQ Level 3 or with or working towards level 3. Ideal you will also have 1 to 2 years experience as a Field Care Supervisor.
