Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to oversee care teams in Taunton. You will supervise and develop carers, conduct quality checks, and ensure services meet CQC standards. A driving licence and vehicle are preferred for local visits.

Role offers permanent, full-time hours with on-call requirements and opportunities for career progression within a growing homecare network in Taunton.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct spot checks and quality audits on care staff.
• Support new staff through shadow shifts and competency assessments.
• Carry out client reviews and risk assessments.
• Investigate and resolve complaints or concerns.
• Provide hands-on care support when needed.
• Mentor and coach care staff.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards.
• Attend safeguarding meetings and MDT reviews.
• Maintain detailed supervision records.
