Alina Homecare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our Christchurch team. You will actively support Care Assistants and ensure smooth operation of our award-winning services, with hands-on care when required and ongoing staff development.

You will lead spot checks, client reviews, risk assessments, and safeguarding meetings, while maintaining detailed supervision records and ensuring CQC compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to have difficult conversations professionally.

Responsabilités

• Conduct spot checks and quality audits on care staff.
• Support new staff through shadow shifts and competency assessments.
• Carry out client reviews and risk assessments.
• Investigate and resolve complaints or concerns.
• Provide hands-on care support when needed.
• Mentor and coach care staff.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards.
• Attend safeguarding meetings and MDT reviews.
• Maintain detailed supervision records.

What you'll be doing...

• Conducting spot checks and quality audits on care staff
• Supporting new staff through shadow shifts and competency assessments
• Carrying out client reviews and risk assessments

• The ability to prioritise & multitask
• A driving licence & access to a vehicle

You’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Alina Homecare Academy Team where you’ll learn how to deliver our high quality care so no previous experience or qualifications are required. The role is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
