Job summary

Alina Homecare Ringwood is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead and develop our local team of care staff. You will supervise carers, ensure high-quality delivery of care, and support development through coaching and shadow shifts.

Role focuses on maintaining compliance with CQC standards, conducting audits, and supporting client reviews. A driving licence and flexibility are required for local, on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a senior carer or team leader.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to have difficult conversations professionally.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Flexible approach to working hours.

Responsibilities

• Conducting spot checks and quality audits on care staff.
• Supporting new staff through shadow shifts and competency assessments.
• Carrying out client reviews and risk assessments.
• Investigating and resolving complaints or concerns.
• Providing hands-on care support when needed.
• Mentoring and coaching care staff.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
• Attending safeguarding meetings and MDT reviews.
• Maintaining detailed supervision records.
