Job summary

Alina Homecare Christchurch is hiring a Field Care Supervisor to lead and support the care team in the Christchurch area. You will conduct staff spot checks, ensure high-quality care, and support staff development while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role offers progression opportunities, training via the Alina Homecare Academy, and flexible on-call requirements. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for local visits.

Responsibilities

• Conducting spot checks and quality audits on care staff.
• Supporting new staff through shadow shifts and competency assessments.
• Carrying out client reviews and risk assessments.
• Investigating and resolving complaints or concerns.
• Providing hands-on care support when needed.
• Mentoring and coaching care staff.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
• Attending safeguarding meetings and MDT reviews.
• Maintaining detailed supervision records.
