Job summary

Radfield Home Care (UK) is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to manage daily care services across Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Bucks. You will supervise care professionals, conduct visits to review delivery of care, and provide coaching for ongoing development to ensure outstanding service.

The role requires experience in personal care, carer mentoring, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle; age 18+ is required. A DBS check will be part of the process.

Could you be the Field Care Supervisor in Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Bucks we’re looking for?

You’ll be taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of care services for our clients. You’ll be running visits to review and assess the work of our care professionals and providing feedback for training and development. As a champion for outstanding care, you’ll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis.

You’re someone who loves working with people and helping their development, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care. You’ll need to have some previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency and mentoring care teams and also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as care assistant, senior care assistant, care worker or support worker.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
