Job summary

Radfield Home Care (UK) in High Wycombe is hiring a Care Assistant to join our team serving Wycombe, Beaconsfield and South Bucks. You will provide compassionate non-clinical care to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities and supporting independence.

No previous experience required. You must be over 18, hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and have the right to work in the UK. DBS checks apply and full training is provided.

Working as a Care Professional with Radfield Home Care High Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Bucks the things that you can expect to receive from us:

• Pay £14.00 -£21.00 per hour
• Full hourly rate paid whilst travelling (not just paid during contact time!)
• Mileage @ 45p per mile

You don't need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team in Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Bucks as a care assistant.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
