Job summary

Radfield Home Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor for Slough, Windsor & Maidenhead. This field-based role requires a driver with own vehicle and right to work in the UK. You will mentor care professionals and ensure high standards of care in clients\' homes.

The role includes supervising, updating systems and care notes, and supporting staff in compliance and development. DBS checks are required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Driver with access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure is required.
• Experience in care/home care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise a team of care professionals.
• Review and assess staff performance and provide feedback for training.
• Update care notes and client records, ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure client and staff compliance with policies and regulations.

Salary:£14.50 - £15.00 per hour

Could you be the Field Care Supervisorin Slough, Maidenhead & Windsor we’re looking for?

As well as supporting clients in their own homes, you’ll mentor, support, review and assess the work of our care professionals, providing feedback for training and development.

As a champion for outstanding care, you’ll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis.

Updating systems, checking care notes and supporting with client and staff compliance will also form part of this role.
