Job summary

Care Outlook is currently recruiting for a Field Care Coordinator to support and develop our Hastings home care services. The role focuses on quality control, supervising care staff, and ensuring high standards of client care.

Key duties include spot checking carers, completing care assessments, and assisting with inspections by local authorities and the CQC. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Immediate interviews available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years in Health & Social Care.
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Spot-check carers in the community and report training concerns.
• Deliver high standards of care.
• Participate in paid on-call rota.
• Complete care assessments and write Care Plans.
• Build relationships with staff and service users.
• Assist with inspections by local authority and CQC.
• Assist the care coordinator with duties as required.
