Qualifications

• Experience as Field Care Supervisor within a busy domiciliary care business.
• Good local knowledge of Lewisham.
• Experience using rostering software and ECM systems.
• Sound understanding of local authority requirements and CQC regulations.
• Experience conducting Mental Capacity Assessments, developing care plans, and completing risk assessments.
• Strong commitment to promoting service users' rights, dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Ability to respond professionally to concerns, incidents, and risks raised by care staff and healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Good IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to collaborate with an established team and share duties.
