Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a dedicated care coordinator to develop and manage person-centred care plans and staff rotas, ensuring client needs are met with compassion. You will work with the Registered Manager to maintain quality standards, address feedback, and coordinate new care packages for privately funded and local authority clients.

This role offers Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a company phone, ongoing support and development, plus a birthday leave day and

Qualifications

  • The role may require DBS and reference checks.
  • Ability to work with and supervise care staff, and to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and review person-centred care plans and staff rotas to meet clients’ needs.
  • Work with the Registered Manager to maintain high-quality standards and address feedback promptly.
  • Coordinate and implement new care packages for privately funded and local authority clients.
  • Complete comprehensive risk assessments and develop tailored support plans.
  • Monitor care packages and oversee daily care documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Provide supervision, guidance and support to care staff and delegate responsibilities to Lead Carers.
  • Respond to emergencies, arrange staff cover and provide hands-on care when required.
  • Build relationships with clients, families, staff and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and promote safe, person-centred care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage and review person-centred care plans and staff rotas to meet clients’ needs and aspirations.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain high-quality standards and address complaints and feedback promptly.
  • Coordinate and implement new care packages for both privately funded and local authority clients.
  • Complete comprehensive risk assessments and develop tailored support plans.
  • Monitor care packages and oversee daily care documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Provide supervision, guidance and support to care staff and delegate responsibilities to Lead Carers.
  • Respond to emergencies, arrange staff cover and provide hands‑on care when required.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, families, staff and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and promote the highest standards of safe, person-centred care.

Whilst previous healthcare experience is highly advantageous it is not essential. This is a role for someone who is confident, organised, and ready to step into a position with real responsibility and impact.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9 to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break

Salary - £14.00 per hour + company-issued mobile phone, ongoing support and professional development, an additional day of annual leave for your birthday, and performance bonuses for those who consistently excel.
