Helping Hands Homecare, Inc. in Chesterfield is looking for a Field Care Supervisor to lead care teams on a fixed-term, part-time basis. Based in East 9, you will report to Simon Lunn and help drive quality, compliance and client satisfaction across your branch.

You will train and mentor new carers, perform spot checks and risk assessments, and support on-call duties. A full UK driving licence and a roadworthy vehicle are required, along with clear communication and a people-first leadership

Qualificações

• Experience as a Care Assistant and a desire to take the next step in your career.
• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy, insured vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and a supportive, encouraging approach to working with others.
• A keen eye for detail and confidence in maintaining compliance and quality standards.
• A people-first mindset – calm, kind and ready to lead by example.

Responsabilidades

• Train, mentor and support new carers so they feel confident, capable and ready to deliver extraordinary care.
• Assist the branch team with compliance, auditing and documentation.
• Complete spot checks and supervisions to maintain high standards across your care team.
• Visit customers to review care plans, ensuring they remain accurate, safe and person-centred.
• Carry out risk assessments with care, clarity and professionalism.
• Support on-call duties in line with the branch rota.
