Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Therapy Specialist in the Bristol area to drive uptake of innovative MYCAR therapy and improve patient pathways. You will work in a cross-functional team, promoting evidence-based treatment, and building trusted clinical partnerships across local and regional stakeholders.

In this field-based role, you will execute account plans, manage multi-channel engagement, and leverage data insights to optimise access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or commercial roles, ideally within Haematology.
• ABPI qualification preferred.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen with ability to communicate data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as a therapy and product expert delivering compliant clinical promotion in licensed indications.
• Drive clinical demand through brand strategy and in-field tactics.
• Lead execution of local account plans and optimise patient referral pathways.
• Build relationships with clinicians and healthcare partners to educate and develop prescribing advocates.
• Develop and implement customer call plans to maximise access and opportunities.
• Utilise CRM and dashboards to inform decision-making and drive performance.
