Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Therapy Specialist for CAR-T in the UK, a field-based role covering Oxford, Bristol, Southampton and surrounding regions. You will drive patient access and uptake, develop local brand strategies, and build strong clinical partnerships.

The role requires pharmaceutical sales experience, strong scientific acumen, and ABPI qualification preferred. Expect cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales or commercial roles, ideally within Haematology.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as therapy and product expert in field-based settings.
• Deliver compliant clinical promotion within licensed indications.
• Lead local account plans and optimise patient referral pathways.
• Build relationships with clinicians and healthcare partners to influence practice.
