Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager for steel roofing and cladding to drive sales across the South of the UK. You will engage main contractors and specialist roofing/cladding contractors, promoting a range of roofing sheets, guttering, flashings and insulation.

The role offers £45,000–£55,000 with a circa £6,000 annual bonus, plus a £6,000 car allowance and full benefits. Strong technical mindedness and field sales experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in the roofing & cladding market sector.
• Ideally knowledge of purlins, flat sheets, roofing sheets, roof lights, guttering, flashings, insulated sheeting, fibre cement products.

Responsibilities

• Field sales position selling a high quality range of steel roofing & cladding supplies & related services.
• Sell to main contractors & specialist roofing/cladding contractors.
• Achieve turnover targets as determined by experience; manage project sizes accordingly.
