Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting.

You will work beyond traditional classrooms to build trust, monitor progress, and coordinate with families and professionals. A minimum of two years' experience, a full UK driving licence, and availability for at least three days per week are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD and ASD.
• Experience of trauma-informed practice.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
