Job summary

Fern Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Water Hygiene Technician in the Birmingham area. Salary ranges from £25,000 to £28,000, with a company van (for private use) and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role involves on-site field work at various sites within two hours of Birmingham, mainly targeting commercial sectors such as offices, retail, education and healthcare. Full training will be provided on all aspects of legionella compliance, with a clear progression path within the team

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Full driving license and willingness to work field-based.
• Ability to pass a DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Temperature monitoring/testing of tap outlets and tanks.
• Cleaning, descaling and disinfection of shower heads and hoses.
• Inspecting/Cleaning of water tanks.
• TMV Servicing.
• Water Sampling.
• Maintaining site logbooks.

Skills
