Rock Recruitment is seeking a confident Tenant Liaison Officer to join our Water team in Manchester. This fully field-based role involves engaging residents at their homes, explaining a free water-saving upgrade, and arranging simple indoor assessments for installations.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer-facing experience, a valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle, and basic IT skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Experience in tenant liaison or estate/letting roles preferred.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to travel within defined area.
• DBS check clearance required.
• Basic IT skills.
