Job summary

Control Flow Technologies is seeking a friendly Tenant Liaison Officer to visit residential properties across Greater Manchester on behalf of a major utilities company.

You will speak with residents, arrange appointments for water-saving measures and carry out simple audits, with a mix of pre-booked visits and door-to-door engagement. Training will be provided and the role is full-time, temp-to-permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing or a similar field-based role.
• Confident, approachable and reliable with good communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to travel across Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Complete door-to-door visits and pre-booked appointments.
• Build positive relationships with residents.

Tenant Liaison Officer - Field Based | Door-to-Door Canvassing & Customer Appointments | Greater Manchester

£30,000 per year | Full-time | Temp to permanent | Weekly pay | Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Sharp Talent is representing Control Flow Technologies. We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Tenant Liaison Officer to visit residential properties across Greater Manchester on behalf of a major utilities company.

The role

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you’ll speak directly with residents, identify opportunities to improve water efficiency and arrange appointments for water‑saving measures.

Your visits will include a mixture of pre‑booked appointments and door‑to‑door engagement. Full product and role‑specific training will be provided.

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you’ll join the Control Flow Technologies team and represent the company visiting customers in their homes, whilst working on a temporary contract through Sharp Talent.

• Able to use your own car for work
• Willing to complete a basic DBS check
