Job summary

Proslipsi Recruitment Specialist is seeking an experienced field-based sales professional with a strong background in technical specification sales for passive fire products. You will target residential and commercial sectors, develop project specifications, and build relationships with Main Contractors across the UK.

You should be skilled at presenting CPD material, delivering technical recommendations, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Strong proven technical specification sales experience within the Construction Materials supply sector.
• Strong proven background within specfication sales within the construction sector.
• Confidence with passive fire protection systems is a plus.
• IT competence with CAD skills would be desirable.
• Experience of delivering CPD's would be a distinct advantage.
• Solutions-based sales approach with exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Field based position, targeting the residential and commercial sectors.
• Production, submission and tracking of project specific technical specifications.
• Build relationships with Main Contractors within the construction industry sector.
• Provide technical expertise to interested parties within targeted projects.
• Confidence to focus on building and safeguarding specifications.
• Identify new market opportunities and feedback intelligence to the business.
• Update CRM daily with project tracking information and customer information.
• Ensure formulation and delivery of CPD presentations.
