Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive new business and manage a high-value sales pipeline for cutting-edge machinery in the UK manufacturing sector. You will identify and engage key stakeholders, leverage an extensive CRM, and build long-term relationships.

You will receive full OEM and product training, with a clear path to technical specialization and career progression within a global OEM environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business in a field-based sales role.
• Experience selling high-value, technical machinery or capital equipment.
• Strong ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline across a territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and develop sales pipeline across assigned territory.
• Sell high-value, technically advanced machinery to manufacturing and industrial customers.
• Identify, approach and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Utilise an established CRM with thousands of contacts.
• Receive full OEM and product training to support selling process.
• This is a field-based role requiring travel within the commutable region.
