Job summary

ARJO is actively seeking a Service Contracts Manager to lead contract administration across the East Region. You will drive revenue and margins through effective contract management, customer relationships, and collaboration with Sales and Service Operations.

The role requires healthcare sector experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency with SAP and Power BI to deliver accurate reporting and contract reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management within a healthcare environment.
• Strong commercial and service experience; field service exposure is advantageous.
• Ability to analyse financial data and present actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Implement new contract awards and establish systems for effective contract management.
• Develop and maintain Key Account Plans to maximise business potential.
• Work with Area Operations and Sales Managers to ensure contracts align with SLAs.
• Capture invoicing for contract activity and implement RPIs where needed.
• Prepare implementation documentation and account summaries for stakeholders.
• Serve as main customer contact during set-up and during implementations.
