Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Field-based Business Development Manager for the Acute Care sector in the UK South region. You will drive profitable sales of products, services and solutions, while working with the Head of Commercial Solutions to uncover new opportunities and execute regional sales plans.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage opportunities through the sales cycle, and collaborate with clinical specialists to support trials and evaluations, ensuring KPIs and standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field-based medical sales or healthcare-related sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness for overnight stays when required.

Responsibilities

• Sell products, services and solutions to customers within Acute Care to achieve and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with Head of Commercial Solutions to identify new opportunities in the South UK region.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans, build long-term relationships with customers, and manage opportunities through to closing.
