Job summary

Mitchell Maguire assists in recruiting an Area Sales Manager for Window and Door Multi-Point Locking Systems. The role covers the South East and involves field sales to window/door fabricators, with three to four days on the road and the balance home-based.

You will drive growth across aluminium, composite, PVC, and timber doors. The ideal candidate will develop new business, manage a £1.5m-£2m revenue base, and build strong relationships while working autonomously.

Qualifications

• . Experience in field sales for windows/doors hardware within construction.
• . Proven ability to sell to fabricators (aluminium, composite, PVC, timber).
• . Ability to develop new business and manage a £1.5m-£2m revenue base.
• . Comfortable with monthly reporting and diary planning.
• . Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell high-end multi-point locking systems to fabricators.
• Develop and manage distribution network in the South East.
• Travel 3–4 days a week; rest home-based/admin.
• Meet growth targets and manage customer base.
