Job summary

AirSourced is seeking an experienced Renewable Heating Service Engineer to join our technical team. This field-based role focuses on air source heat pumps, diagnosing faults, optimising performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards across installations in Basingstoke, Guildford and Reading.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in renewable heating, strong servicing and fault-finding skills, and a full UK driving licence. A van, discretionary bonus and extensive training are on offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in renewable heating with air source heat pump expertise.
• Strong servicing, commissioning and fault-finding skills.
• Knowledge of MCS requirements and Building Regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, commissioning and maintaining air source heat pump systems.
• Diagnosing complex faults and reviewing system design for performance gains.
• Carrying out technical audits and producing remedial recommendations.
• Mentoring less experienced engineers and supporting clients, manufacturers and contractors.
