Job summary

HSE Recruitment is recruiting a field-based Health and Safety Advisor for a leading energy business in the South Region. The role covers 18 sites and involves managing diaries across sites, with a mix of field visits and remote work.

You will conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and deliver training on permit to work, fire risk assessment and workplace transport, while supporting performance improvement across the sites.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate level qualified (or equivalent).
• Minimum two years' experience in health and safety.
• Experience with permit to work, workplace transport and fire risk assessments beneficial.
• Strong accident investigation experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Provide training on permit to work and fire risk assessment.
• Support workplace transport safety and related operations.
• Monitor performance indicators and address outstanding observations.
