Job summary

The Regional Health and Safety Advisor role with HSE Recruitment supports a leading energy business across the South Region, based in Swindon. The full-time, field-based position offers a mix of site work and home-working, with Mondays and Fridays at home and diary management Tuesday to Thursday to suit site needs.

Candidates should have at least two years' health and safety experience, NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, and be capable of incident investigations, root cause analysis, and

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in health and safety.
• NEBOSH Certificate level qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience with permit to work, workplace transport and fire risk assessments would be beneficial.
• Strong accident investigation experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Deliver training on permit to work, fire risk assessment and workplace transport.
• Review performance indicators and outstanding observations.
• Work with operations teams as a health and safety business partner.
