Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking a Regional HSE Advisor to cover the South West of the UK. You will support safe and compliant delivery across projects, engineering services, construction activities and operations, visiting sites on average 3 days per week.

You will be part of a centralised HSE function, providing regional support and stakeholder engagement across Solar, Construction and Energy Solutions portfolios, driving improvements in HSE performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) level qualification.
• 2–3 years practical Health and Safety experience in a regional or multi-site role.
• Experience within a range of construction or electrical projects (within energy or solar would be beneficial) or consultancies.
• Someone proactive, organised, self-motivated and able to work alone.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site visits, inspections and audits across the region.
• Provide coaching and stakeholder engagement with teams, contractors and customers.
• Support safe and compliant delivery of projects and operations across multiple sites.
• Work as part of a centralised HSE function providing regional support and assurance.

Job description

HSE Recruitment are working with a growing energy company who are looking for a Regional HSE Advisor to cover the South West of the UK.

As a Regional HSE Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the safe and compliant delivery of projects, engineering services, construction activities and operational works across an assigned regional portfolio. Working closely with operational teams, contractors, customers and key stakeholders, you will help ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are effectively implemented and maintained across multiple sites and workstreams, identify any areas of concern and work with the sites to fix them.

This is a highly operational role, with a significant proportion of time spent carrying out site visits, inspections, audits, coaching and stakeholder engagement activities across your region. As such we are looking for someone who is happy to be out visiting sites on average 3 days a week.

You will be part of a centralised HSE function providing strategic leadership, regional support and operational assurance across our Solar & Construction and Energy Solutions & Engineering portfolios. Working as part of a collaborative national HSE team, you will support the continual improvement of HSE performance and help ensure safe and successful project delivery across the UK.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) level qualification.
